The Heartbeat of Spring Valley
Our Team and Culture
At the heart of Spring Valley Enterprises are Matt and Lynley. As owner/operators, we've poured our lives into this land, having grown up right here and taken over the farm from my father and mother Tony and Lynn Wyeth. Our two sons, Alexander and Cameron, are now actively involved, proudly representing the exciting next generation of our family business. They embody the future of farming in New Zealand.

GROWING FUTURE FARMERS
Joe is a Year 1 GFF student, urban by upbringing but rural by nature. He quickly found farming to be his true calling while visiting friends' family farms. He grows in skill and confidence every day, having shown his dedication by training his first heading pup so consistently that before she was 1 year old, they could muster paddocks together!
OUR CULTURE
Our culture at Spring Valley Enterprises is defined by excellence, efficiency, and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement. We're always eager to embrace new methods and research, often drawing inspiration from leading international farming practices. We deeply prioritise animal welfare, which is clearly seen in our dedicated orphan lamb shed that provides warmth and care, protecting our most vulnerable lambs.
Beyond our daily operations, we strongly emphasise team culture, actively supporting our employees, and contributing vibrantly to the wider agricultural industry. We foster a collaborative, supportive, and truly community-minded environment. Our numerous awards underscore this culture of striving for and achieving top-tier results in farm management and livestock quality. This diverse and dedicated team truly reflects our unwavering commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a supportive work environment where everyone thrives.
